On this date back in 1993 Actress and Singer Victoria Justice was born to parents Serene Justice, Zack Justice. This lovely Lady turns 20 years old today whose birthplace is Hollywood, Florida. Victoria Dawn Justice is an American actress, singer-songwriter, and dancer. She debuted as an actress at the age of 10 and has since appeared in several films and television series including the Nickelodeon series Zoey 101 and Victorious.
