We have learned that Kaley Cuoco, 27, of the CBS series "The Big Bang Theory" is SELF Magazine's January cover girl  Kaley will be hosting the People's Choice Awards next Wednesday, January 9th, 2013 at 8pm marking her second year as the host. Above is her cover shot and two others below.
