White House Schedule - May 5, 2014

In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office.
Later in the morning, the President will host President Ismail Omar Guelleh of Djibouti for a bilateral meeting at the White House.  President Guelleh’s visit underscores the strength of the strategic partnership between the United States and Djibouti, including the important role Djibouti plays in preventing conflict, promoting regional stability, and countering extremism as host to the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa at Camp Lemonnier.  The President looks forward to discussing a range of issues of mutual interest with President Guelleh, including security and counterterrorism, development, trade, and energy cooperation.
In the evening, the President will host a Cinco de Mayo reception in the Rose Garden.

In the morning, the President will travel to Orlando, Florida. 
In Orlando, the President will participate in a roundtable with a group of Valencia College students and local workers and deliver remarks about the challenges these groups face, and the steps the Administration can continue to take, to expand economic opportunity for women and working families..
Following this event, the President will depart Orlando en route Miami.
In Miami, the President will attend a DNC event. Following this, the President will deliver remarks and answer questions at a DCCC dinner.
In the evening, the President will depart Miami en route Washington, D.C.
