Update 2:38pm: Fire is now under control at this time, extensive overhaul.
Update 2:24pm: Firefighters seem to have a good handle on this fire at this time. Unknown how many are displaced.
Update 2:14pm: Fire is through the roof in parts of a very long, 3 story apartment building.
