White House Schedule - July 10, 2013

In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. The President will then meet with senior advisors.

Following these meetings, the President will meet with members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC) in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. The President will discuss the Administration’s effort to urge the House to take action and pass commonsense immigration reform. The Vice President will also attend.

In the afternoon, the President will award the 2012 National Medal of Arts and National Humanities Medal in a ceremony in the East Room. The First Lady will also attend. The ceremony will be open press and will also be live streamed at www.WhiteHouse.gov/Live. The recipients of the 2012 National Medal of Arts and National Humanities can be found here.

Later in the afternoon, the President will meet with Secretary of State Kerry in the Oval Office. The Vice President will also attend.

At 9:00 AM, the Vice President will deliver remarks at the opening session of the U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue.
